Overview

A Sketchfab-style library of free 3D models — real triangle counts, bounding boxes, rigs and a live WebGL inspector, read straight from the files.

3DFAB indexes every GLB, glTF, FBX and Blender file across my projects and turns them into a browsable, downloadable library. Nothing is hand-tagged: triangle and vertex counts, draw calls, bounding boxes, materials, textures, skins and animation clips are parsed out of the binaries by a scanner, and every viewable model gets a shaded and a wireframe thumbnail rendered headlessly. The site itself is static — a React Three Fiber viewer with rendered, base-colour, wireframe, normals, clay and UV-checker modes, a log-scale triangle-budget meter on every card, and a variant picker that groups multiple exports of the same asset. All models are free to download and use, no attribution required.
